Deb is extremely reliable and accountable. Out of the dozens of times I've called for updates, she's missed my call once. She keeps you updated at a timely and she knows her stuff! She's also very trustworthy. I had to pick my apartment from California without coming to Chicago to go see, but Deb's help really made it feel like I was there. She's the person you want to help you find the perfect place. She definitely puts your need first and at your time. I am very thankful for Deb's help and wouldn't have felt so cared for if it were with someone else.

She was on the other side of the lease (Im the lessee) but she impressed me so much I had to write a review. Shes still helping me 1 month after the place was rented working things out with the unresponsive management. This is not part of her job but I am turning to her because she can really get things done. Would be very happy to have her on my side. A+++++

Awesome and energetic woman! More of a phone person than email. She follows through and goes beyond expectations to provide a wide range of choices; the only reason we did not complete a rental agreement through her was because we finally decided not to move from our current space. But Deb was very polite, thorough, creative and kind with all my questions and odd needs, and I am confident that if we had decided to move this year, she would have undoubtedly found us the perfect space and helped us negotiate a fair and solid deal for both us and the landlord. She is conscientious, honest, straightforward, and smart... definitely the person you want in your corner!
